Service Overview
Laundry Xpress provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, and related services to customers in Karachi and surrounding areas.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Pickup & Delivery
Free pickup and delivery is provided for orders above Rs. 500. Orders below this amount may incur a delivery fee.
Pickup times are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Same-day pickup is available if booked before 12 PM.
Customers must ensure items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Rescheduling may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for items left unattended at the pickup location. Please ensure safe handover to our staff.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Item Inspection & Acceptance
All items are inspected upon pickup. Any existing damage, stains, or defects will be noted.
It is the customer's responsibility to check pockets and remove all valuables before handing over items.
We are not liable for any items left in pockets, including but not limited to money, jewelry, cards, or documents.
Items with pre-existing damage will be processed with care, but we cannot guarantee full restoration.
Customer consent is required for processing heavily soiled or stained items, which may incur additional charges.
Liability & Compensation
We take utmost care in handling your items. However, Laundry Xpress shall not be held liable for:
• Damage to items with concealed defects or weak fabrics
• Color bleeding or fading due to poor fabric quality or incorrect care labels
• Loss of shape, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments if care labels are missing or incorrect
• Items damaged during cleaning if no care label is present
In the event of loss or damage due to our negligence, compensation will be limited to 10x the cleaning charge of the affected item, up to a maximum of Rs. 5,000 per item.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.
We do not accept liability for sentimental value, custom-made items, or designer wear unless declared at the time of pickup with proof of value.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of order placement will apply.
Monthly package subscribers must pay the subscription fee in advance. Unused items carry forward for up to 3 months.
Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure or cancellation before pickup. No refunds for completed orders.
Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
Unclaimed Items
Items not collected within 30 days of notification will be considered abandoned.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers regarding unclaimed items.
After 90 days, unclaimed items may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion.
Storage fees may apply for items held beyond 30 days.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact information and pickup/delivery addresses.
Items must be sorted and separated by color and fabric type where possible.
Declare any special instructions or requirements at the time of booking.
Inform us of any items requiring special care or handling.
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive items.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store customer information only for service delivery and communication purposes.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We use secure systems to protect customer information from unauthorized access.
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and accounting requirements.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved amicably through direct communication.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
Customers may file complaints via email, phone, or in-person at our branches.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.
